Registration

How to register?

Click on ‘My Account’ option on the top right side of the page and then sign-up. Fill the form with your details and create an account.

Do I have to register to shop online?

In order to start shopping with Interconnect Stores, you do not necessarily need to create an account. However, registration will help you check your order status and make cancellations much easily. You can start shopping from Interconnect Stores without signing-up and we will ask you to enter a password before checkout. We will then send you a ‘Welcome’ email and after reading the email, you can proceed to checkout.

Having an account will also allow you to experience hassle-free and smooth shopping. You can also easily add items to your basket and purchase them at a later time.

Is registration charged?

No, we offer free-of-charge account registration to all our customers.

What if I want to change my address and account information?

If you want to make changes to your account information or contact details, you can simply edit account information from the account settings option.

What happens if I forgot my user name?

If you have forgotten your username, go to the login page and select ‘email’ for Login Type, and enter your email address and the registered password. Once you press enter, you will be logged in to your account. You can now go to the account settings to check personal info to find out your username.

What happens if I forgot my password?

Go to ‘My Account’ option on top right of the page and click on ‘forgot your password’ option. Enter the email address linked to your Interconnect Stores account. We will send you an email with a link to reset the password within 30 minutes.

Products

Product Information

The products displayed on our site are from brands that are not the property of Interconnect Stores. Therefore, the products available on the site might not be available on the respective brands’ stores or sites.

Out of stock items

There might be instances when a certain product goes out of stock due to its high demand. In cases like these, the order that you have placed for such a product will be cancelled and an email will be sent to you. However, we do not charge you for the items that have been removed from your basket.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges apply to products based on your location. Once you proceed to checkout, we will include delivery charges and taxes to the price of the products to give you an idea of the total incurred cost.

Size chart

We have a designated size chart that you can refer to while purchasing our product. However, we want to make you aware that the sizes may not be accurate.

Colours

The colours of the pictures of products on our site may appear different in reality. This is due to the image quality and editing, and nothing that we at Interconnect Stores should be held responsible for.

Availability of size and colour

When you are ordering a product, you will be able to see options for size and colour on the page. You can choose your preferences and add the item to cart. Only the sizes and colours that are in-stock will be available for selection.

Inaccuracy disclaimer

We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary, or to conform to any changes in UK or EU requirements. Although we try to ensure that the products showcased on our website are accurate, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any errors or change is the way products appear. Any difference in the product’s appearance is not an error from our end, but the suppliers.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy is laid in place for online purchases made through www.interconnectstores.com. All our store purchases must only be returned to Interconnect Stores. You can read our detailed Return Policy below:

Return of Products

We have proper policies in place for customers who want to return their purchased products. Our returning conditions depend upon the address you made your order from.

Customers in the UK

If you are a UK-based customer, you can return your product within 14 days from the date mentioned on the receipt of the product. A full refund of the product is sent out to customers in the UK.

Customers in the European Union (countries other than the UK)

If you are in the European Union, then you can get a full refund of your purchased product if you return it within 10 days from the date mentioned in the receipt.

Customers from other Parts of the World

If you are neither from the UK nor the EU, you do not have the right to return any product. However, we only accept returns in case you received a damaged or compromised product. The return is only successful if a proof of the damage is sent to us.

Conditions of Returns

Although we accept returns in the UK and the EU, we ensure that the returned product is unharmed and unopened. We will only accept your return if the product is in its original packaging. Furthermore, the cost of return delivery shall be paid in full by the customer.

If you meet the aforementioned criteria for returns, Interconnect Stores will happily provide you with a refund within 14 days from the date mentioned on the receipt.

Order Placement

How to order?

Go to the home page, select a product category, choose your desired brand, select the product you want to purchase, and choose a colour and size. Once you have selected the relevant options, you can add the item to your basket.

How to track order status?

Go to your account and click on order status. Now, enter your order number for the order that you want to track and check its status.

What if I want to make changes to my order?

Changes to orders can be made on certain conditions that you can follow on our returns policy page. However, due to the speed of order delivery, it is often hard to modify order as they are being set-out for delivery.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Order cancellation can only be made via an account. Therefore, if you don’t have an account, you will need to sign-up for one. When you log into your account, you will find a ‘cancel order’ button which you can click within 3 hours of order placement. Once the button has been clicked and your order is successfully cancelled, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be sent to you within 7 working days.

Remember, order cancellations cannot be made after 3 hours of order placement.

How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?

We have a proper size chart in place to help you choose accurate products.

What if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

If the product that you are looking for is not in stock, then you will need to contact the brand to check if it is available elsewhere or at their store.

What if I don’t receive my order in time?

You can go to your account settings and select ‘track order’ to get to know about your order. You can also check your email to see if any of our email was sent to the junk folder. We send emails when we receive your order and when we process it for shipment.

If you are unable to track your order, you can contact us on our email to get in touch with our representative.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges apply to products based on your location. Once you proceed to checkout, we will include delivery charges to the price of the products to give you an idea of the total incurred cost. The final price that you see is inclusive of taxes and delivery charges for your desired destination.

What are the payment options available?

We accept different forms of payment including the following:

When will my credit or debit card be charged?

Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Depending upon your bank, the fund may be reserved for a month. If additional identification is required for payment processing, our team will contact you by email or telephone.

What happens when my credit or debit card is denied?

If your credit or debit card is denied, we will send you an email and offer you to pay with another card. However, we only give this offer if the credit or debit card is declined after order confirmation. If your credit or debit card is declined prior to order confirmation, you would be able to try another credit or debit card.

Gift Cards

Interconnect Stores offers special gift cards for your friends and family. You can easily order our gift card online without any hassle. Once you make the purchase, we will deliver it to you as soon as your order has been processed.
